Refund Policy

All sales are final.  Due to our products being handmade we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Carefully read all product descriptions prior to placing your order. Out of stock items will be refunded or replaced with a similar product at the company's discretion.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) at support@thespiritualaffinity.com if the item is deemed defective, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our products are handmade so no two products are identical.  Slight variations in smell, color, size, or consistency are normal.
