Shipping Policy
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Order processing and fulfillment time is generally 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days of purchase. This does not include the time it takes the United State Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your order to you. The price of shipping costs is regulated and dictated by current USPS rates and are determined by package weight and shipping destination. Whichever shipping method you choose when you place your order has no influence on our company's order fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping methods are guaranteed and upheld by the shipping carrier and the responsibility is on said carrier for delivery of your package in that time frame and not the responsibility of The Spiritual Affinity. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Our company is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.
